We do not own data centers. We lease server space from data center providers and build the rest ourselves: the cPanel and WHM setup on every plan, the Xen and SolusVM layer behind our VPS tier, and the checkout and support process you actually deal with.
If a data center has a power event or a network issue, it affects us the same way it would affect any other tenant there. We would rather say that plainly than promise guarantees we cannot back.
Measured uptime across the fleet over the last 12 months is 99.9%, not five nines. We would rather publish an honest number than round it up.
SiteClout is not a hosting brand with a big team behind the scenes. It started with two people, a shared card for the first invoice, and two colocated servers sharing a single rack.
We needed somewhere fast and affordable to host client WordPress sites, so we leased two machines, split the setup between us, and started answering our own support tickets. People noticed the response times faster than we expected, so we opened it up to everyone else.
Everything since then, the WooCommerce tier, the Xen and SolusVM VPS layer, cPanel and WHM on every plan, the chat assistant, has been built by the same two people who racked those first two servers. We have not hired a call center, and we are not planning to.
Every plan's price is visible on the pricing page and matches checkout exactly, with cPanel already included, not billed as an extra.
If something is a placeholder, a work in progress, or genuinely uncertain, we would rather say so than paper over it.
Nothing about payment or provisioning runs on autopilot. A real person on the team reviews and confirms every order.
