These terms govern your use of SiteClout's WordPress, WooCommerce, and VPS hosting, the checkout at siteclout.net, and any related support we provide. By creating an account or completing an order, you agree to what is written here. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you are confirming you have the authority to bind that company to these terms.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to open a SiteClout account. The name, email address, and domain information you provide at checkout must be accurate and current, since it is how we reach you about your hosting and your billing.
You are responsible for anything that happens through your account or your hosting, including actions taken by anyone you share access with. Use a strong, unique cPanel password, and tell us right away at support@siteclout.net if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
WordPress and WooCommerce plans are shared hosting environments managed through cPanel, sized by website count, storage, and traffic. VPS plans are a Xen virtual server, provisioned and managed through SolusVM, with a licensed cPanel/WHM install included and full root access. You are responsible for the content and software you run on any plan.
Root access on a VPS plan means you can configure, break, or secure the server however you choose. We do not patch or monitor the operating system layer of your VPS. Losing your own access credentials, misconfiguring cPanel/WHM, or running outdated software are things we can help you recover from, but we are not responsible for preventing them.
Hosting with us may not be used for any of the following:
We investigate abuse reports and may suspend an account pending investigation. Where possible we will try to reach you first, but an account generating active harm to other networks may be suspended immediately, before we are able to reach you.
Shared WordPress and WooCommerce plans are sized by website count, storage, and estimated monthly visits. Sustained resource use that meaningfully exceeds your plan or degrades the shared environment for other customers may result in a request to upgrade your plan. We will always try to talk with you before taking any action.
Plugins, themes, payment gateways, and other software you install come with their own terms and licenses separate from this agreement. You are responsible for complying with those terms. SiteClout is not a party to your agreements with third parties and is not responsible for their availability, pricing, or behavior.
You are responsible for using your hosting in a way that complies with the laws that apply to you, including export control and sanctions laws where relevant. We reserve the right to decline or suspend service to individuals or organizations we are legally prohibited from serving.
Plans are billed monthly at the price shown on the pricing page and at checkout, calculated from the same source everywhere on the site. Payment is completed through Checkout.com, Payoneer, or a supported cryptocurrency (USDT or ETH), confirmed by a member of our team once received, as described on the order page.
New WordPress and WooCommerce hosting accounts carry a 30 day money back guarantee from activation. New VPS accounts are refundable within 7 days of activation, before significant resource usage. You can cancel any time by emailing support@siteclout.net, effective at the end of the current billing period.
WordPress and WooCommerce plans include daily automated backups. VPS plans do not include backups by default; you are responsible for your own backup strategy on a VPS unless you have separately arranged backups with us. We strongly encourage keeping your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.
When an account is cancelled or terminated for a terms violation, its files, databases, and any associated backups are deleted after a short grace period. Export anything you need before cancelling. We cannot recover data after that window closes.
We target high availability and publish our actual measured uptime on the About page rather than promising a specific number in this agreement. Extended outages caused by the underlying data center provider are outside our direct control, though we will communicate what we know as we know it. We do not offer a formal service level agreement or automatic service credits at this time.
We may suspend or terminate an account for a confirmed acceptable use violation, non-payment after a reasonable notice period, or activity that puts other customers or our infrastructure at risk. Where the situation allows it, we will contact you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
The SiteClout name, logo, and the design and code of siteclout.net belong to us. You keep all rights to whatever you build, install, or store on your own hosting account. We do not claim any ownership over your content just because it happens to run on our infrastructure.
SiteClout is provided as is. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error free, or suitable for every specific purpose. We work to keep things running well, but we are a small team, not a guarantee of perfection.
To the extent permitted by law, SiteClout is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost data, lost revenue, or lost business, except where that loss was caused by our own gross negligence. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
You agree to cover reasonable costs and damages we incur as a result of your violation of these terms or misuse of your hosting, including claims brought by third parties because of content or activity on your account.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where SiteClout is registered to do business, without regard to conflict of law principles. Before either of us files a formal claim, we ask that you first email support@siteclout.net so we can try to resolve the issue directly.
We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated date at the top. Continuing to use your hosting after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
Questions about these terms can go to support@siteclout.net at any time.
